Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Retainers (deposits) are non refundable and only transferable if appointment is rescheduled at the time of cancellation. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will nullify your retainer from being transferred. You will need to pay a new retainer to book a new date. **This does not apply to Masterclasses. Masterclasses are non refundable**
